Hassan is a versatile Professional Engineer with experience in Traffic Engineering and Transportation Planning. Hassan's holistic approach to multi-modal transportation has contributed to the success of many projects.

 

Hassan was also involved in a number of high-profile projects including the Confederation Line, Ottawa's first phase of Light Rail Transit (LRT), as well as the redevelopment of Lansdowne Park and TD Place Stadium. 

 

Hassan's experience spans a wide range of transportation projects including mixed use developments, traffic management, 

public transit, parking, as well as stadium and major events transportation.

 

More recently, Hassan joined the Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group (OSEG) in early 2014 to oversee the implementation and management of all key transportation systems and services in support of the newly redeveloped Lansdowne and TD Place Stadium. These services were implemented in advance of the successful debut of the Ottawa REDBLACKS in the Canadian Football League (CFL), and the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup.

 

Hassan currently serves as the Transportation Demand Manager to the Ottawa Sports & Entertainment Group (OSEG) in Ottawa.
